Hala is an executive coach, an expert in leadership development, and focuses on the human
side of change at individual and organizational levels. Her approach initiates a dynamic
in organizations to facilitate reframing leadership, culture and team cohesion, as well as
double loop learning. Hala’s consulting experience includes board members’ coaching,
facilitation of family firms’ transition from a generation to an other, high potentials’
development and supported re-engineering programs. She has worked across multiple
industries.
She worked with senior executives and teams through times of significant organizational
change to help them achieve real business results in an optimal environment of work.
Hala’s specific approaches in leadership development, executive effectiveness, assessments,
succession and high potential development are through 2 programs “Lead Forward” and
“Skills Up”, that generate a dynamic in organizations at all levels - executive through
workers.
Prior to founding Cabinet cdrhom, a coaching and consulting firm, Hala founded and managed
companies in industrial and services field. She published papers and articles on management
and leadership and is active in professional organizations.
