Why contact me:
John has spent the last 10 years as European HR Director of a US life sciences company with
operational responsibilities across Europe and India. His earlier career spans the consulting,
fmcg, telecoms and electronics sectors.
A pragmatist, grounded in the experience of real organizational life, he brings strategic value
to the business, by helping people to improve business performance. He enjoys exploring ways to
align corporate vision and values with day to day behavior across different cultures.
His particular strengths relate to the challenges of fast business growth in a global context
and especially in emerging markets. He has lived and worked in Latin America, the US, France and
the UK and has worked extensively in India.
