Pablo founded Grupo P&A, a Consulting and Training firm, in 1993 and now they have
eight offices in Spain, Portugal and Brazil with more than 100 consultants. Grupo
P&A is also strategic partner of three "best in class" international firms: Zenger
Folkman Co., Louis Allen Worldwide and NTL Institute in those countries.
Pablo has
nearly 20 years of experience in Management Consultancy and Training, he is former
CEO of the Higher School of Applied Business Techniques CESTEMA, Former CEO of VISER
S.A. and La Fe Cía. de Seguros SA. And Former member of the board at the Port Authority
of the Ria de Pontevedra in Galicia, Spain. Currently is Chairman of the P&A Group.
He has worked as a strategy consultant, leadership and management trainer and coach
for more than 300 companies within Spain, most of them in the Automotive, Consumer
goods, Utilities, IT, Shipping, Logistic, Packaging, Healthcare and Editorial sectors.
He is also a regular Speaker in the areas of strategy and management both for business
schools and public agencies and business associations.
He is Co author of two published
studies: "Training Needs Analysis at a Business level" published by ESF of the European
Comission and "Impact of Leadership on business results", Fundación Caixanova. He
has forwarded the Spanish edition of the books published by McGrawHill: "The Extraordinary Leader" and "The Inspiring Leader" by John Zenger, Joe Folkman and Scott Edinger
and he use to publish periodically articles on Strategy, Change and Leadership in
Management and HR magazines in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
With graduate
studies in Economics and Business Science and many postgraduate courses and specialization
in Strategy & Business Management, he also attend the International Master in Consulting
and Coaching for Change in HEC Paris and Oxford Said Business School, he is a an
examiner of the EFQM Management Excellence Model, Six Sigma Champion by Motorola
University, Certificate Trainer "Extraordinary Leader" and "Extraordinary Performer"
by Zenger Folkman Company. (USA) and Certificate Trainer "Profession of Management"
and "Coaching for Excellence" by Louis Allen Worldwide (USA).

- PSA Peugeot Citroën España, Automotive industry with more than 8.000 employees: Helping the Management team in the plant at Vigo to accelerate a huge change process to transform a linear manufacturing process with traditional middle mangers in a Lean process with 250 micro self managed plants and 250 micro plant Managers. We worked in the transformation of the role and competency assessment and development of that middle manager.
- Huhtamaki Spain: A very big multinational in the Consumer goods Packaging industry. We lead a Leadership Assessment and development program, including 360º feedbacks, training and coaching with the leadership team as a driver to change the organization culture and performance.
- Pescanova S.A.: The most important fish industry in Europe, I worked with the CEO of one of the mayor factories and his management team in a coaching program to develop both individual leadership competencies and team effectiveness.
