The Change Leaders was founded as a global network and community of practice in 2004. It is an outgrowth of the "Consulting and Coaching for Change Programme", a joint-venture of Oxford University, UK, and Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), France. The community has an ongoing relationship with both organisations.

The professionals, including members of faculty, have an average of 20 years of experience as leaders, managers, consultants and coaches in private, public and non-profit organisations. Their experience spans North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, Africa and South America. Many speak multiple languages. Many have worked in multiple regions. Some are internal, while others are external change practitioners. Some are recognised researchers, writers and speakers on topics related to individual and organisational change.

This global network and community of practice grows over time from new members as individuals complete the Oxford/HEC programme. It also grows its body of knowledge and expertise as members conduct new research, complete new consulting and coaching assignments. These learnings are shared within tCL and with individuals and organisations served by tCL members.

The Change Leaders created this website as a platform and tool through which leaders and managers can locate consultants and coaches with whom they can work and learn. We invite visitors to contact either tCL or individual members whose experiences and qualifications interest them.
