Cécile Demailly is a strategic change consultant working with international companies to fulfil their challenging objectives, within Early Strategies, a consulting organization she founded in 2008. Her focus is to bring the companies up to speed with the always changing market, help them embrace emerging strategies and facilitate successful corporate transformation. Her special focus is on innovation paths and new trends
- such as Enterprise 2.0 or corporate social responsibility - medium and long term impacts.
Cécile has 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in IBM, GE and AT&T, where she acted as Director, Global Technical Marketing and Director, EMEA Product Management for several years. She was board member of the European Professional Women's Network federation from 2004 to 2009, founded and led the Think Tank Communities.
Cécile is also a fellow of the Boostzone Institute.
