Patricia
has more than 20 years of comprehensive experience - as both
a consultant and as a senior leader in a Barclays Bank
PLC - with responsibilities spanning multiple business
functions and many dimensions of organisation design and
change management.
She
is a co-founder and partner in Design to Change. As well
as the Change Leaders, she has strong links to leading global
academics and practitioners in organisation design and trust
- through the US-domiciled Organization Design Forum and
European-based First International Network on Trust. Patricia
works both individually and in collaboration with relevant
partners to help solve your challengers.
Her
Leadership, management and involvement of such initiatives
have focused on how to be economically more valuable and
enriching to people's experience.
