I am a member of the faculty of the Said Business School in the University of Oxford, and the first co-director, with Denis Bourgeois of HEC Paris, of the Coaching and Consulting for Change programme joint. I continue to be involved with CCC, now as Honorary Secretary of The Change Leaders.
