Nick is co-founder and CEO of Otv, a Dutch consulting
firm that helps people to create the future they desire.
He
has worked as a consultant for over 15 years in a variety
of
industries including Agriculture, Educational system
(schools), Finance (banks and
insurance companies), and Accountancy.
Previously
Nick was Vice President, Consulting with STOAS, where he
lead
training
programmes and workshops in many different countries
(Eastern Europe, Indonesia, Belarus). These focused
on leadership,
'developing entrepreneurial skills', and an extensive
consultancy programme
for NGO's.
Nick
is on the faculty of TSM, the business school of the University
of Twenty, the Netherlands where
he works with different MBA-programmes (part-time MBA
and in company) focusing on leadership, implementing change
programmes and group dynamics. This is combined with
coaching
and
personal development programmes.
Projects:
1. Eshuis: An accountancy firm.
Creating a solution driven organisation, leadership
development and team-building between the shareholders.
Through coaching, management development programmes,
team-building sessions (including outdoor), and large
scale interventions.
2. Rabobank: The Netherlands. Helping
a project group, whose task is to implement a totally
new way of working for control
in 250 banks. We helped them to develop this project
from a change perspective view (create involvement,
resistance, fear, emotional management, transition,
group dynamics).
3. Rijn & Ijssel: a non-profit
organisation. Organisational development (from a non-profit
culture to a profit culture) with different
interventions; leadership, coaching, team-building,
workshops).
