Leslie has over 20 years of business experience and over 10 years experience as a consultant and executive coach.  She is an expert in executive coaching, leader development, and the human dynamics of change at individual and organizational levels.  Her approach synthesizes leadership with people, culture and strategy for business results.  Leslie’s business experience includes senior corporate management and board membership, non-profit leadership, and business and legal advice, counsel and representation to business executives and owners in multiple industries as a business attorney with both private firms and an Fortune 500 company.  She has guided senior executives and teams through times of significant organizational change and has expertise in leadership development, executive effectiveness, assessments, assimilation and retention, succession and high potential development, and organization development.  Leslie brings significant business, consulting and coaching experience and track record to her work with individuals and organizations.Prior to founding SucessPartner LLC, a coaching and consulting firm, Leslie was managing VP, General Counsel, and a member of the board of directors of Click & Geddes Lumber Company, and a business attorney both for J.C. Penney Co. and in private practice.  She has chaired and/or served as a member of several non-profit boards and is active in professional organizations and the community.
