Hugo is a business, communication and change manager with more than10 years of experience in Europe and Africa. He works in three languages - Dutch, English, and French.

He holds a Masters degree at Consulting and Coaching for Change at HEC Paris and is a researcher at the Centre of Executive Learning and Leadership at Cranfield University, School of Management (UK).

In addition, Hugo is Coordinator of the 'Corporate communications' training programmes at Kluwer Training for the past six years and is a visiting professor for multiple training institutes. Together with IESE Business School (University of Navarra, Barcelona), Hugo developed a Business Communications Game which continues to be used in the Global MBA programme.

Since 2006 Hugo is focusing his work on Organizational Identity, Change Management and Leadership.

Hugo is also a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
 
Projects:
  1. Executive coaching of more than 40 leaders of a global mobile telephone company in three major African countries. These coachings fit in an Excellent Leadership program, based on Zenger and Folkman's work.
  2. Development of an organizational identity in a production plant of a major chemical holding. For this work his company received the company's Communication Award in January 2009. Co-author of "Geen Commentaar! Communicatie in turbulente tijden" (No comment! Communication in times of turbulence), a book in the Belgian and Holland bookstores in March 2010.
