Philippe founded Krenzer & Associates based on 20 years
of general management experience in some of the most luxurious
hotels in the world, combined with my passion for the human
side of change. He has designed and delivered innovative
change management initiatives at Four Seasons, Ritz, Oberoi,
Claridge’s, The Savoy, and the Hotel de Crillon.
“At the Heart of Hospitality”, is a groundbreaking
seminar that can be tailored to any group and level interested
in
transforming customer experiences and improving business
results. This creates a new context and understanding
of how mindsets and beliefs affect hospitality, service and
performance.
Philippe believes strongly in the value of integrating
experience with management theory and research and adult
learning techniques.
In addition to holding an MSc. in Consulting and Coaching
for Change, he is a Graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière
de Lausanne. Philippe also works with Hautes Etudes Commerciales
(HEC) School of Business in France, focusing on specialised
subjects related to change.
