NEW ANGLES is an international management consultancy based
in Lutry, Switzerland by three members of the Change Leaders, Margaret Barchan,
Philippe Krenzer and myself. Our mission is to help business leaders in all sectors
manage the complex challenge of putting sustainability at the heart of their strategy.
Many company boards recognize the urgent need for changing business practices in
general, but have little idea how to change their own business models and organizations
to help build a more sustainable world and to take advantage of the significant
market opportunities arising from the new industrial revolution. We use our own
case research to develop transformational learning tools and simulations that very
rapidly make it possible for people at all levels in a company to grasp the need
and the opportunity for change and to see how they can contribute to reinventing
success.
A UK national, my background includes 20 years of experience in Europe and Asia
with Unilever plc, a leading consumer goods group, where my roles spanned HR, marketing
and business development. I also served as chief executive of a national arts organization
(AEA) in Australia. I have an MA in Classics from Oxford University and an MSc in
Change management from HEC, Paris. I was a founding member of the Change Leaders,
and am a principal of VERNISSAGE Ltd., based in London, a consultancy providing
change management services to the cultural sector.
