Why contact me:
The importance of design is often overlooked in “change programs” which do not integrate emotions and creative aspects of change. Designers understand behaviors, sense trends and information others cannot sense, and incorporate beauty in their outcomes, acting as part visionaries, part anthropologists.

With a career spent in leading interior design and manufacturing firms, Fabienne believes that “design in everything” is a key factor in successful change. This includes use of space agility and environments to contribute to change strategies.

By including designers’ insights in change initiatives, Fabienne brings the intrinsic value of conceiving new environmental concepts to help achieve desired futures. As a change practitioner, she uses principles of creativity, inclusiveness, sharing and culture sensitiveness to help shape projects, guide project teams’ implementation to success, as well as coach groups or individuals who are showing resistance to change.

Projects:

  1. Change implementation of a new team and reporting structure in a USA-based multinational organization as part of its strategic plan to drive innovation
  2. Guided needs assessment and implementation of global and local product portfolios for an American furniture company via multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
  3. Developed new business models and early commercialization of disruptive innovations.
