  1. A client defined a team to lead a mega-project to build a large industrial facility. The project team was composed of people from different companies and nationalities. We diagnosed the project team culture, established the desired project identity, helped clarify roles & responsibilities, provided cultural awareness training and coached the project leadership team to lead the changes.

  2. The finance team of a large mining company went through a major change process, which produced many conflicts between team members. We designed and implemented a team coaching process that helped the team re-establish the dialogue and deal with important issues.

  3. A large retail bank wanted to set up a development programme for its middle management contemplating new mental models. We designed a programme, which captured the banks central dilemmas and main sustainability challenges, and have trained over 1.300 managers.
