Why
contact me:
Nelson Mandela said
it so well: “Our deepest fear
is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is
that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light,
not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves,
who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous.
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a
child of God...”
Leading change requires confidence in two things: our
own sincerity and capacity to be of service, and the
potential and goodness of those whom we have the privilege
to serve.
In developing nations, and in multicultural workplaces,
the most important qualities to be developed are often
the ability to take risks and the moral rectitude to
truthfully deal with consequences. If you are seeking
to enact change in these challenging contexts, then
I can offer you twenty years’ experience in successfully
sustaining and growing projects and organizations in
three continents: North America, Europe and Africa.
A demonstration, as a Canadian, I operate successful
businesses in hospitality and service industries in the
Democratic Republic of the Congo.I hold an M Sc in Consulting
and Coaching for Change from Oxford University and HEC
Paris.
