Mick founded LeaderValues in 1997, and today it is one
of the pre-eminent Internet destinations on matters relating
to Leadership and organization development.
Mick has nearly 30 years of experience managing businesses in Europe, the USA,
and Asia-Pacific. Until mid 2001, he was Company Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s
Consumer business in Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, responsible for all aspects
of the company’s business in the region.
Prior to this, Mick served as Regional Vice President and as a Regional CEO for
Procter & Gamble in Asia.
Mick is currently a non-executive member of several Boards, including chairing
an Australian Biotechnology Company recently publicly listed.
Mick’s ability to guide leaders extends beyond for-profit corporations
to non-profits and the public sector. Mick was recently a trustee of Save the
Children (USA) for six years, and a board member of Save the Children (Korea).
In 1999, he and his wife Ingrid co founded a program for primary schoolchildren
in ex-Khmer Rouge areas of Cambodia.
Projects:

advisor and leadership mentor to this world-leading Company,
also co-developed workshops for senior team resulting in
greater alignment and product and service expansion definitions

Telecommunications Company: worked with head of global
marketing, regional heads and HR to enhance global brand
