The Change Leaders was founded as a global network and community of practice in 2004. It was set up by a group of first year alumni from the “Consulting and Coaching for Change Programme”, a joint-venture between Oxford University, Saïd Business School, UK, and Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), France. The community has an ongoing relationship with both organisations. To read the details of how tCL was set up by the first alumni, click here.
The professionals, including members of faculty, have an average of 20 years of experience as leaders, managers, consultants and coaches in private, public and non-profit organisations. Their experience spans North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, Africa and South America. Many speak multiple languages and have worked in multiple regions. Some work internally within organisations, while others are external change practitioners. Many are recognised researchers, writers and speakers on topics related to individual and organisational change.
This global network and community of practice incorporates new members each year, as individuals complete the Oxford/HEC programme. It also increases its body of knowledge and expertise as members conduct new research, and complete new consulting and coaching assignments. These experiences are shared within tCL and with individuals and organisations served by tCL members.
