Karishma Sita Vadera is an experienced change professional, having developed the majority of her skills suite leading projects in the complex environment of banking in the 21st century.
Currently, Karishma is Change and Performance Facilitator at BNP Paribas’ incubator, IFS.alpha. In this stimulating role, she puts theory to the test through workshops engineered to achieve rapidly performing, multidisciplinary teams. She is also co-constructing and delivering a 6-month programme geared to upgrading skills and enhancing approaches within the BNP Paribas group’s project ecosystems. Prior to this experience, Karishma led several global projects aiming for cultural transformation at BNP Paribas Asset Management and gained project and facilitation expertise heading the organisation’s first Lean Six Sigma programme in 2010. She joined the asset manager in 2006 as an RFP Analyst in the Sales department, having begun her career collecting bad debt for two international law firms. Karishma read for an Executive Masters in Consulting & Coaching for Change from HEC Paris (jointly delivered by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford), graduating in 2018 and a Bachelors in International Business & French from Aston University in 2002.
